Our first gift to you is an MP3 download. It is a simple 5 minute meditation and relaxation for stilling the mind and transforming the body.
You see change can happen in an instant and in 5 minutes anything can happen... your heart beat can slow, your brainwaves reduce their frequency and a stillness can flood your being.
It is recommended that you download the track onto your MP3 player and then turn your computer off.
Find a quiet spot where you will be left along for 10 minutes. This can be out in nature, in your bedroon or a desginated "quiet" area in your house.
Sit upright, take a few deep breaths and press play. Allow yourself the time to unwind, be still and rejuvenate.
Five minutes is a time you deserve as often as possible...

In Internet Explorer Choose "Save Target As..." and download the file to your desktop (in Netscape you choose "Save Link As..").
Once you select the "save target as" or "save link as" entry, a download screen will appear asking you where you want to save the file to on your computer.
You should save the file to your "Desktop" or another folder you can easily find.
Once you have downloaded the file, go to your desktop or the folder you saved it to and double click the manual to open it.
