Weekly Class in Hebden Bridge, Near To Leeds, Halifax & Manchester, UK
The Health and Well Being Practice Group is a chance for individuals to learn and practice techniques for well being, wellness and happiness.
Being in and practicing in a regular group setting helps support individuals in their practice towards greater peace and well being.
The Health and Well Being Practice Group can help with issues like:
Stress
Anxiety
Depression
Fatigue
Emotional Blocks
Sleeping Problems & Insomnia
Anger/ Grief/ Loss
Improving Confidence
Spiritual Growth
Low Energy
Techniques and tools covered:
• Meditation
• Qigong
• Breathing techniques

• Visualisation
• Voicework
• Taoist well being techniques
• NLP Tools
• Guided Relaxation
• Diet and food
We meet on a weekly basis and spend a few moments at the beginning of each class arriving - being in silence.
This arrival space is followed by a brief sharing where each person can, if they so choose, say what has been coming up for them over the past week or so.
We then go into doing different practices like the ones above. We have a break half way through where there is a little social time and a chance to try out some health and well being food.
The second hour is taken up with further exercises, techniques and tools for well being.
The class finishes early so people coming from Manchester, Halifax or Leeds have time to get home.
