This website is all about my personal experience of stress. This website is all about how I have relieved stress in my own life and how I have personally overcome stress.

I have done a lot of research into stress relief, both personal and practical and this is the information you will find here on this site.

Doing research on the internet is a wonderful tool for gathering information but if you have a real problem with stress it should be backed up with advice from a medical practitioner.

A lot of the information on this site is from my perspective. For this reason it is important for you to speak to a professional so they can relate to your unique situation.

Many people have been emailing me with very specific questions about mental and physical stress and other medical conditions that I am not qualified to answer.

It's important to also seek advice from your family doctor in addition to doing your own research. You should also consult a doctor before beginning any kind of diet or exercise program, especially if you have health problems or are unsure about something.
