Welcome to the first edition of Relieving Stress Today.

These emails will be a simple message on a regular basis to help you to de-stress and relieve stress in your life. I hope to offer you some tips and techniques which will really make a difference in your everyday life.

But the most important thing that I teach in stress management is that you take it easy, that you are kind to yourself. We seem to have been taught in the West that we need to be so hard on ourselves. So breathe now. Breathe in... and breathe out.

Let go...

Welcome yourself into your body...

And breathe in...

Smile...

And breathe out...

Take it easy...

Start to receive yourself...

Start to feel how you feel in your body...

Who are you and what are you like?

Just allow all that you are to settle into this receptacle that you call a body...

And breathe in...

Relax...

You are doing so magnificently well...

And breathe out...

Let go of the judgments that you have about yourself. Remember that we have been trained to be tough on ourselves in the West... And we don't need to be so harsh.

So let go of the judgments and just allow whoever you are or feel you are to be breathed in and then breathed out.

Relax...

Smile...

No matter how the world is around you, you can still smile. Even if life is challenging, you are stressed and you have had enough you can still smile.

For when you start to receive yourself as you as in this moment there is no stopping you from achieving everything that you want in the future.

So breathe in... and breathe out...

Amazing, amazing, amazing...
